PAYMENT TERMS:
Buyer will receive an invoice via email after the close of the auction. Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfer. Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, Ponderosa Sales reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand. Any item or lot not paid for in full within four days of the online auction item or lot's closing date may be resold at the discretion of Owner/Seller or Ponderosa Sales and you may be blocked from further bidding. There will be a $30.00 charge for ANY returned checks!

BUYERS PREMIUM
A 13% buyer's fee will be charged on all items and lots for all credit/debit card transactions. For all non credit/debit card payments (cash/check), there will be a 3% discount on the final invoice amount. Every bidder pays the same buyer's premium and should bid accordingly-Bring Tax Exemption Certificate if Available.

These items are offered for auction and their descriptions are from sources deemed reliable and submitted subject to errors, omissions and change without notice. Any errors are not sufficient grounds for returning any purchased item. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION RESTS WITH THE BUYER. SHOULD THE AUCTION ITEM(S) PROVE NOT TO BE WHAT THE BUYER HAD ASSUMED THEM TO BE FOLLOWING THEIR PURCHASE, THE BUYER AGREES TO ACCEPT THE GOODS REGARDLESS OF THEIR CONDITION! Lots4bid.com encourages all bidders to personally inspect all items BEFORE BIDDING! Both the seller and/or the auctioneer reserve their right to withdraw any auction items at any time and/or extend the auction duration. All items will be sold to the highest bidder (Some items may have a reserve or minimum and will not be sold unless the reserve or minimum price has been obtained.) TRANSPORTATION AND REMOVAL OF MERCHANDISE:
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the time of sale and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. If merchandise is not removed within 2 days after the final removal date, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the original Owner/Seller and the Owner/Seller may dispose of the item at their discretion.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Buyer shall be solely responsible for the removal and/ or shipping of all items and all related costs. Buyer shall arrange with a third-party of Buyer's selection to have items picked up or shipped by the date and time identified for removal on the specific auction site.
